John M. Koulianos, CPA, CFA, PFS

Over the past nearly three decades, John has served as a valuable advisor to hundreds of individuals and business owners from practically all segments of industry. John has also served the legal community by providing valuable forensic and expert witness testimony.

A Florida Certified Public Accountant, John studied at Indiana University, earned a Bachelor’s in finance from the University of South Florida, and completed his fifth year in accounting at the University of Tampa.

John is acknowledged as a Personal Financial Specialist by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds an active Florida Insurance License. Committed to professional development, he serves in a number of professional organizations including as a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Forensic and Valuation Services of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

John is a business valuation expert who has successfully completed the certification process with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) to earn the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential.  The CVA credential is granted only to qualified individuals with considerable professional experience in the field of business valuation.

The CVA designation is an indication to the business, professional, and legal communities that recipients have met NACVA’s rigorous standards of professionalism, expertise, objectivity, and integrity in the field of business valuation, financial consulting, and related consulting disciplines.

John and Kay have been married for 33 years and have two daughters, Joanna and Eleni.
